It is necessary to keep a safe distance from the scene of the accident, to inform about the danger of others, to prevent the approach of bystanders or animals to the accident site. Notify the authorized person at the enterprise about the incident. For consumers, call our call center.
Procedure
To report an electrical safety hazard, you need to call us or send an email to: office@stableenergy.com.ua, or fill out the form on the site. At the same time, the subject of the appeal must indicate “Electrical safety threat”.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes or disagreements that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of the Natural Gas Supply Agreement or in connection with it, or other disputes that may arise during the interaction between the Supplier and the Consumer, they will be resolved through correspondence, negotiations and consultations .
If it is impossible to reach an agreement between the Parties through correspondence or in the process of negotiations and consultations, the Parties have the right to apply for dispute resolution to the Regulator or its territorial subdivision and / or refer the dispute to the economic courts of Ukraine.
Dispute settlement by the Regulator or its territorial subdivision is carried out in accordance with the procedure approved by the Regulator. Appeal to the Regulator or its territorial subdivision does not deprive the Parties of the right to resolve the dispute in court.
